python-mock software package provides Mocking and Testing Library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-mock
python-mock is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-mock package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-mock *
You will get with python-mock package name, version, architecture and description in a table
